it’s canon that sonic loves flowers, came from a place called christmas island, and his favorite clothes are these stupid radical pink things (showcased here on this lovely owl friend)

Sonic basically adopted Tails as little brother and cares about him.
He puts himself at risk to save his friends without any regard for his own safety.
He saves the world without having to be asked and doesn’t expect anything in return.
He saves tiny animals trapped inside robots because they are his friends.
He calmed a water God of his anger to help him be at peace instead of just trapping him like Tikal wanted him to.
He doesn’t start fights but he sure as heck can finish them.
Half his vacations are ruined by Eggman being a butt.
